Tie Down for KMTH GA Aircraft Aug-Oct

Service Description

Marathon Airport is shutting down runway operations from August 18th through October 7th (during peak hurricane season). During this time no fixed-wing operations will be possible. Summerland Key Airport is prepared to host up to 40 GA aircraft from KMTH from 1 August through 31 October 2025 (in case their aggressive construction timeline is delayed). A COI will be required naming Summerland Key Cove Airport Company as "Additional Insured," and all our guests from Marathon will be required to abide by our SOP during any operations from our airfield and sign a Hold Harmless agreement prior to operations at Summerland Key Airport. Each tiedown utilized under this program by one pilot and one aircraft will cost $750 for all three months. If you need other arrangements, please contact the Airport Manager prior to landing.
