A DECADE IN THE MAKING...

Nearly a decade ago, Summerland Key Cove Airport Company embarked on the journey to construct a world-class marina at Summerland Key Airport and fulfill the original vision for our Airport and our community.

We designed, permitted and constructed a 600-foot marina, featuring 15 premium 40-foot slips along a 60-foot-wide canal, complete with power and water utilities. Designed by Glenn Boe and David Koppel and built by the expert teams at Bella Construction, Tomkins Electric, Gary’s Plumbing and Fire, and Lifetime Dock and Lumber, this marina is crafted to last generations. Our directive was clear: create a facility so enduring that our grandchildren’s children will die of old age before requiring any major maintenance.
