Bill Allen is considering selling his Legacy Share of Summerland Key Cove Airport Company and he will consider offers in the $300,000 range.  This owner of this Legacy Share will have access to both Summerland Key Airport and the Marina (subject to the SOPs and policies and bylaws that govern both), and he or she will have a stake and voice in the direction the Company takes in managing these and other assets.  A prospective Shareholder must be qualified and approved by the Summerland Key Cove Airport Company Board of Directors in accordance with the bylaws before any transfer of Share can take place.
